You are right sPider has hundred of millions of shares outstanding. My comment was general, sometimes when a lot of warrants are exerciced at the same time at cheap share price compared to the market price, it results in a sudden albeit temporary and small drop in the SP. I don,t think it mattered in the present case (I don't know if other warrants have been exerciced simultaneously by other stock holders - the're probably out from a recent PP).
