A run for .15 cents is probably in the cards this week, but it does raise a technical 'red flag' if it reaches .15 but cannot break thru.

The term is called a triple top.

It is a fairly reliable indicator, but like always, any change in fundmentals will likely trump.

Just be aware the traders will be all over it if it fails .15

However, a gap at the open above .15 and all bets are off....15 becomes support.
