Now that KWG is the operator at Big Daddy

and Cliffs has KWG in its back pocket, why would KWG seek out the source of the rare nickel discovered in hole #33 by SPQ when it was the operator?

This will just force Cliffs to end up paying more for Big Daddy. How independent is KWG from Cliffs in reality?

Will Cliffs now prevent KWG as the operator of the JV from finding the lake of rare nickel?
