Does this translate into making BD a target superior enough for a Cliffs to move it ahead of their BT oportunity?

I'm still having trouble trying to understand why there would be a rush to aquire SPQ or KWG for their chromite assets by Cliffs? There may well be any number of other reasons they want to be owners, but just the BD doesn't seem to make a good business case.

It seems to me that further work on Nickel targets is where the real future value for SPQ may be?

FYI ......I do own Cliffs shares as well as SPQ, KWG and I'm embarrassed to say BMK.....so I tend to be conflicted
