Dear Spider Shareholders.
Thank you all for your participation and contributions within the AGORACOM Community. To start, I would like to thank you all for helping us build the best Spider Resources Shareholder Community. This HUB since October 2007, has become an incredible resource of information for existing shareholders and prospective investors alike, and I wish you to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the long standing HUB Leaders and community members- Kelsee and SnugTheJoiner just to name a few of you.
As I am sure you are aware, the rumor mill is slowly making its way into the spotlight of this community. Over time, we are 100% certain that some will be proven whilst others will be discarded. In the short term interim, we are certain that everyone wants to bring their own perspectives for everyone to consider - as a content provider, this diversity makes us proud. However we wish to remind everyone specifically about the following:
- Any messages that include a comment, statement or language that may infuriate either a specific poster or unspecified group will be deleted - this includes comments that are made as a footnote addition to an otherwise thoughtful fact based statement.
- Adherence to the forums General Six Rules of use
Everyone's passion here speaks volume about our systems popularity - after all, without your passion, it's reasonable to assume that our site would not have achieved the extent of success it did achieve.
However we ask everyone to keep any personal remarks that may offend a poster or a group off our forums. We can understand that investors will ultimately choose corners but in any case, simply setting the record straight, with facts, will do the trick. If you feel you simply cannot get your point across to another entity, then perhaps is best to agree to disagree.
One point I try to get across to any, is that dissent is not always a bad thing. In any argument, our emotional reactions can be difficult to set aside. A great way to counter this is to weigh things objectively and not succumb to emotional maneuvers or moral judgments. In other words, if you need to disgaree, then do so on a fact basis - not on a personal one.
On a final note, please note that a number of posts (past 72-84 hours) will be retro actively removed. This is not an indication towards your overall contributions to the forum - nor will a violation rule count against your profile. This is merely our attempt as a content provider to guide everyone back to a fact based discussion rather than a "rodeo" it has temporarily stooped to.
Being so, and moving forward, we wish to inform everyone, that failure to adhere to the two bulleted points above, will result to one final warning on first offence, and then a 1 week ban on the second. Our goal here is not to punish, suppress or ban any member, group or opinion, however given the shear number of violations reported gives us a clear indication that something has gone wrong on this forum lately, and we want to help you find your way.
Lastly, if there are any specific questions, or further inquiries and concerns, you are welcome to address those to our General Inbox. Our staff though overwhelmed lately, will get back to you. While you are waiting for a response, we kindly request everyone's patience. We are doing the best we can, however with 132 Thousand visits this past month, even our admins are still in the learning curb with both a new and broader audience.
