If you are interested in free/cheap Level 2 quotes, there are a couple of options that I use:

XXXOO www.vantagewire.com - free lvl 2 quotes (1000/month) for registering. I can't use this one at work, due to firewall and browser issues, however.

XXXXO www.credentialdirect.com - a Canadian discount brokerage (trades as Canaccord). All account holders have Level 2 access. Need to open an account, which requires a $10 deposit. Pretty good payback if you consider the returns.... plus a lot of trading and research tools
