What always gets me is how Cliffs could buy SPQ/KWG with ease. Their stock (CLFs) is up $3.25 today, that is worth $440,000,000 to their market cap. That alone in first hour of trading would be enough to buyout SPQ and KWG for 44¢ each, give or take a couple cents.
