I didn't think that offer will come so quickly but all latest action from CLF suggest that CLF will make that and maybe this time cash offer(They raised 400M$), will see, also Rallard wrote at KWG hub that this is the last time that we see such cheap prices for SPQ/KWG ? I don't know what to think but that is great thing and we will fight for fair Offer, I am not selling under 0.3.
