I think we all know that any issues are going to be resolved as there is far too much at stake here for:

1- First Nations

2- Mining Companies

3- Province of Ontario

4- Canadian economy

5- Shareholders

I put shareholders last because although we invest in these companies with hopes of great financial gain, we cannot have as direct an impact on the development as certainly the top 3 can. The one nice thing is that with the Win/Win situation I see here, all 5 will see great benefits from the development of the ROF.
