i think all the companies doing business in the north want a free enterprise system whereby the companies who tender with the best price are given the contract.

my concerns are beardy does not have the same understanding of fair enterprise as he wants to control everything into the area and get all the money. if a rof company can use a tendered offer and get the work done, then they should be allowed to use that company.

if fns want to share in that particular money opportunity then they too should have to be competitive in their pricing. they should not get the contract because of who they are.
