Hi there Snug....a few years ago we could have envisioned a multiple dollars per share for spq, but as you have stated, we are in a lot different situation now.

If you take the number of shares that fwr had and the price per share they received from clf, and compare that to the number of spq shares, it doesn't seam too likely that we would be offered $1 per share as fwr was.
But spq could be the thorn in the side of clf in an attempt to get posession that whole area, so you never know what the final offer may be. I would certainly be happy with a $1 price, but if as a group, we can reach a mutual price target, I will agree with that as well.
