The really intriguing factors that have come to light are the overly anxious willingness of the funds to participate in the PP, and the Mar 31 date that was mentioned. That date should provide a sort of target for us, as so many things will evolve between now and then;

They have 20-25 holes to drill, and the funds to do so.

The Cliffs/FWR event will have been resolved by then?????.

KWG will assume control over the property at that point.

NOT will have taken FNC out by then.
