I totally agree that the RS will be presented and this time I have to say I would be in favour. You are suggesting a 5-1 would probably work and I will go one futher and suggest that the 10-1 may just work this time.

This PP is being done at the current SP and the warrants are for $.10 so their isstrengh behind this offering and if it is filled it will say a lot about the confidence in SPQ.

Snug - would you go for the 10-1 this time around?
