CEO's of explorcos often sell shares for personal "cash flow". Neil has many more shares than this, some purchased at 17 cents. Selling 250,000 shares at 6 cents is nothing to worry about IMO. Especially when he was speaking recently in San Francisco about the opportunities up at the ROF.
