Does the same apply to the actual mining operation?

Cliffs states that at this time, they are looking at funding 100% of the mining costs themselves, but do not rule out forming some sort of partnership if needed. They also say that if other area deposits were to be mined (eg. Noront's Eagle) it would lower their transportation costs, but if not, the chromite is still viable on it's own.
