Cliffs is looking at Nakina as the location for the smelter and a concentrator at the mine site. Listen to the conference call ( towards the end of the presentation) They estimate the cost of the mine and smelter at $800 million. Rail line to be developed by Canada Chrome, did not give a $ figure for this.
