From this deal Cliff/FWR SPQ can benefit because it is the only one left from Chromite trio for bidding. So this price right now seems to be very cheap, for me spq can make some deal at 0.2 pps. So from this price it is more than 100% gain. Right now is the best deal to invest in ROF, should be interesting days for SPQ.
