You might be on to something. Maybe SPQ and UC are the next targets. Just off the wires there is news out on UC that they just adopted a shareholder rights plan. (Click on shareholder rights plan to see). It looks very similar to the one FWR recently put in place. Probably in both cases due to the threat of Noront, or others, and there underhanded tactics of unwanted hostile lowbid takeover attempts.
