Love your posts, Notster.

52 week high - 6 cents. I believe that we have a lot more gas in the tank (but more of that in a moment).

Here's three more highs - Oct 1/07 - 22 cents - Feb. 1/05 - 26 cents - Feb. 2/04 - 31 cents

I put this information up for some of the newer investors in Spider Resources, and I do so simply because Spider Resources has a long and checkered history in the Ring of Fire (ROF). In fact, Neil Novak and Spider Resources were first in the James Bay Lowlands (JBL) in the mid 1990s (ancient history).

Many of the longtime posters with Agoracom's SPQ board have either sold their shares, become silent, and just got bored. They're the ones that have met Neil Novak personally, attended AGMs, met him at PDAC, chatted with him on the phone, or have sent him emails. These posters could and would talk cogently about the man and his company. He's not a silver-tongued fox; in fact, he can be rather acerbic. But what you see is what you get.

Which brings me to what I want to talk about. Your investment in SPQ. Is it a good one, or a bad one? That's for you to decide. But make certain you get some good information. I can tell you I still have the shares I had two years ago. And I still intend on having a party when SPQ's share price gets to $1.00 .

Let me state categorically - I also have Noront shares and I'm really hoping I can get a triple out of it. A three bagger. About $9.00. But I'm concerned about management. I refer to them as the Aurelian Cabal. Lots of silver-tongued foxes and pit bulls over there. For me it's now a crap shoot with Noront Resources. I have no idea what they're doing except that they have drills drilling. And Investor Relations is tighter than a sphincter muscle in Northern Ontario in the middle of February over there.

So what about Spider Resources? Oh yeah, it would be nice to have some 100% owned land. But we've got joint ventures with Freewest, KWG, and UC Resources. And at this point in time, I like that fact. It's like my own ROF ETF.

Moreover, we have four very smart CEOs, three of whom are old-time GEOs, and one who is a very smart lawyer (Smeenk?). I hope I'm right in these details. Not only do I know Neil, but I also know Mac Watson (FWR) and Jim Voisin (UC), and I like all three very much. They've worked their asses off in the black spruce bogs of the JBL. I haven't met Frank Smeenk but his work with KWG over the last year speaks for itself. This guy is obviously smart. Hey, he's working with Cliffs who just happen to want to build a mine and a railroad.

So for Spider Resources I'm not looking for a three bagger. I'm looking for much more. Will I get it? God only knows. But I just happen to know that Novak, Watson, Smeenk, and Voisin want to be filthy rich. And they're telling me how they're doing it. So guess what? I, too, want to be filthy rich.

I would like to invite some of the old time posters on the SPQ board to come back and rejoin the conversation. Let's get involved in sharing all of the old time history of Spider Resources and its great looking future.
