there was never any declaration to shareholders such as: notice to all shareholders: unless we option off our 55% of our claims to UC resources, we are dead in the water.

there are always several ways to proceed on any issue.

at the time Neil Novak and rick Hamilen were involved with UC directly.

this is another aspect of junior mining which i beleive should be regualted through legislation... conflict of interests represented by multiple involvement of directors in more than one public company.

the thing is, it is what it is now and there is nothng we can do ....

it is important that investors realize the structure of ownershiip of these claims. especially knew investors.
