During the AGM, on behalf of many investors (who expressed the same on this forum) I gave thoughtful concern about directors who do not own shares of Spider.

Neil Novak then labeled me as being “silly”

I have been labeled many things, while I proceed through my life trying to make a contribution, but this label is a first for me. ....Now I am also “silly”

In the past, I was labeled as “being in a rage all the time”, thus a person of “rage” …this label was given to me by a prominent member of this forum. This label was also a first for me at the time, while I was trying to make a thoughtful contribution.

I spoke with Neil at length after the meeting. I learned a lot about why he thinks I am “silly” and why he thinks it’s ok for directors not to own any shares of the company that they are the leaders of.

I will post further about all of this and other interesting factors going forward.

Just understand for now: Neil is part of the status quo in the junior sector. … and please believe me, the status quo is not acceptable in this field of Junior Explorers. (However, the status quo is rarely acceptable in any of our social structures of the 21St centenary. .... We are losing ground as a human race. ...No one can see the forest for the trees)

Meanwhile: my daughter and I are trying to make a better world through the education of children and that labels are indeed very destructive: labels such as: atheist, liberal, gay, religious, stupid, angry, popular, introvert, straight, conservative, fearful, aggressive, passive, arrogant, modest, superficial, narcissistic, psychotic, white, native, foreigner, commoner, rich, greedy, lazy, ugly, fat, and many many more...........

Right now, I am going to Smokeless Joes: I am just all in a “rage” about getting there to have my Friday pint of “extra special bitter” …I know that’s “silly” of me, but I do not care :)

I will get back to you soon … just hold on to your SPQ shares …we will hit a buck …eventually (if we do not get bought out before that)
