To raise $10M at 3 cents would be 333.333M shares or about 1 share for every share already issued or 50% dilution. To put this in perspective, for evey share you have you will be allowed to buy one more at 3 cents. There will then be over 600M shares O/S and a RS would be the next step. In the end SPQ would have the $10M in the bank and the SH will be no further ahead other than we give Neil $10M to gamble in the high stakes game know as the ROF.
