Hi! If your eceived the notice of the annul meeting of shareholders,you will find compensation on page five. Neil Novak- $96,000; R. Hamlin - $60,000; C. Marrelli - $20,000; that's for 2008.

Hope this answers your question. The report is very comprehensive. If you don't have one, I'm sure you could request one from your broker or Spider Resources.
