difference between SPQ and KWG

First ,I like to point out I own more SPQ than KWG.

Second, most of us in this forum mainly is for ROF..

KWG now has the Cliff a, cash and the tier 1 in TSE..

I was wondering for months that why I do not change from SPQ to KWG..it looks KWG is more safe..
