I have some thoughts about the upcoming SPQ AGM.

#1 Point - it is probably the most important AGM in Spider Resources history

I've met and chatted with many Agoracom posters at different events including last year's AGM plus PDAC, CIM, and Cambridge Conferences. I have also chatted with many over the phone and via PMs. Many SPQ investors have valid issues and concerns. However, some also just belly-ache and are hurtful; and I choose to ignore those. But having said that, they may still have valid concerns.

Therefore, I think the retail SPQ investor should be thinking about a couple of things with regards to the upcoming AGM. First off, the conference room which Neil Novak rented for the AGM last year was far too small. He didn't think anyone was going to come to the AGM.

#2 Point - although I live in Victoria, BC, and it will be difficult to get to Toronto, I would like to suggest the creation of an Agoracom 'sign-up' list for the AGM, which would be emailed to Neil Novak a number of days prior to the AGM. He should know that there will be a large number of vocal retail investors attending.

#3 Point - since a number of Agoracom posters don't have the facts they want, I suggest that another list be created with questions to be emailed to Neil prior to the AGM.

Anyone wishing to take on the responsibility for putting together the lists idea?
