The scenario with NN living/working/breathing NOT and being the CEO of SPQ while not a legal conflict of interest ... is obviously ineffective. Both stocks are suffering from the lack of leadership and there is at least one common denominator.

If there was a solution that resulted in the replacement of the entire SPQ BoD and the assignment of a 'higher level' BoD who are financial (their own money - not options) stakeholders with no other purpose than making SPQ perk in the RoF ... then I would campaign for this result with every penny of my investment. (I wonder how much stake Rozy-O has in SPQ and if they could help)

As it is, everytime I hear PP I think CEO/BoD paycheck. This company needs an articulate manifesto and sense of purpose other than survival and a piggyback ride through the muskeg at RoF
