Private Placements??

FWIW, every private placement that has been completed in the ROF over the last 2 years has been absolutely ridiculed as unnecessary, and too cheap. Even the 4.00 one for NOT with the 6.00 warrants. Yet 3 months later most of the deriders have come out and applauded the concerned BOD for their foresight. Check out the history.
