UC Resources could very well be the Linch Pin to unleashing ALL the Pent Up currently Unrealised Value in this Part of the Ring of Fire!
And they are looking to spend only $1 Million in the next 2 - 6 weeks to see if in fact they are just such a Linch Pin.
Who has to spend how much and by what time may very soon be simply Academic, so to speak.
