I said I was going to remain impartial on this PP and the RS thing, but just have to continue jumping in here.

The above by Snug is quite accurate by my understanding. The thing I am not comfortable with is that we are talking RS at the same time.

One of two things are true. Either NN has the PP in hand and someone has committed to the funds, or he does not and they are trying to raise them publicly.

What does not fit is the suggestion that they are going to do a RS right after or during this PP. If someone has committed to the PP, and has been told they are doing a RS right after they get the money, they are crazy. If they are trying to raise the money publicly, and haven't told anyone they are doing a RS, they are in trouble. NN may have stated privately that he would like to do the RS, but I reiterate that he will not be doing it any time soon. If and when they close this PP, they have the necessary funds to drill and there is no immediate need for the RS, and having obtained the funds specifically to drill, they could not justify a RS until they finished that drill program.

I return to my original statement that the this is the wrong time to discuss said reverse split.
