Though Snug is WAY OUT TO LUNCH (and that is not name calling, it is reflecting on the truth) and posting using imaginary notions of strange proportions, you also should referr to the Dec. 31, 2008 SPQ Financial Statement filed on SEDAR.

With that NEW JV Agreement, SPQ will have to spend $2.5 Million per Year for Three Years to get the final Earn In % on the 5 JV Claim Blocks.

Thus, with this new revision to the JV Agreement, a Bankable Feasibility Study is No Longer Needed. $5Million a year over three Years, AND No Bankable Feasibility Study NEEDED. SPQ's share of each year's $5 Million is 50%, translating into $2.5 Million per Year over Three Years for SPQ!!!

Snug is not responding to direct questions as to why he is causing so much misinformation to be circulating. But his continued posting of COMPLETE NONSENSE and ignoring ALL the FACTS is affecting the SP. And that is not good for the SP. But it is Good for the WELL INFORMED, as the WELL INFORMED can take advantage of Snug's 'Hatchet Job' and BUY Very Inexpensive SPQ Shares at current prices.

Who knows, maybe Snug, in his own way, is trying to scare off any of the proposed PP potential purchasers, assuming the Entire PP is not already spoken for. But then again, one would think the intended PP purchasers do their own Research, PLANNING, and Decision Making???
