Look for your self. The changes to the Web Site EFFECTIVELY TERMINATED Communication. Likewise for ALL News Releases. All that has been comunicated is technical/legal requirements.

What do you make of that?

Now we have a Snug (a proclaimed Big Ling Time SPQ Investor) bouncing all over the place and Raising an Issue that was very definitively resolved at the last AGM, BUT only after one porposed UNNEEDED PP was PULLED (wisely) and just when a more insulting proposed PP was announced.

No explaination by the BoD. Just Snug followed by you making smoke.

SPQ is Not Closely Held. Is that a PROBLEM? Note that the Examples you give for justifying a R/S are Very Closely Held. Their R/S did not hurt those holding large amounts of such Closely Held Companies. Maybe only a few hand fulls of Small time Investors.

SPQ, being relatively widely held, doing a R/S without doing proper preparation ahead to the attempt would very definitely HURT the Many Small Time Share Holders. And that Hurt will be very much magnified by doing an UNNEEDED PP in advance of any possible R/S.

Think of the OPTICS of the REAL SITUATION

Not the trivial optics implied by a propagandist.

Real Serious Investors are NOT so easily FOOLED by the propaganda intent to mislead the Ignorant.

If the BoD has something they want/need/must to do, they NEED to properly Inform the Company's Share Holders. Even you raved on that with respect to Noront Resources. What is the difference now, and here?

Given the actions of the past year in terms of Improving Share Holder Communications, What can any sound minded individual conclude?
