But every one should easily see that this SP is being held down. Many are looking but few are Buying. And the reason is largely due to thoughts on what some of the Directors (and their advisors are advising - pushing for) looking to do.

And what is it that they are looking to do?

A Private Placement!

And not just a "Run of Normal Life" in a Junior Explorer type PP.

The proposed PP is intended to GIVE SOMEONE (or just a very few individuals) CONTROL over what this Company does and with who Company does what these FEW Individuals are looking to do.

"So why try??"

Why Invest in the Stock Markets at all if SP predictability is Impossible?

"I bought SPQ because I liked what I saw in the company. I bought more with more good news. If there is more good news the price will rise higher again. It will do that from .04 or from 40 cents."

One would think you are very correct on this.

So, why is the SP not moving UP over the past 1 - 4 months? Other than there being a few who are working to keep the SP as low as possible, and most Retail Investors being much more cautious in the Markets and with respect to this company due to the nature of some of the BoD in this company, there is an effort at present to distract those of us SPQ Share Holders reading this Forum from the real Issue of the Moment.

That "Issue of the Moment" being an UNWARRANTED PP proposal!

Enough of this R/S sillyness. Keep focused on the UNNECESSARY PP proposal.

If this UNNEEDED PP proposal occurs, You need not be concerned about any silly R/S in the future. Those taking up the proposed PP WILL HAVE THEIR WAY, regardless of what you as a then relatively Unimportant Retail Share Holder feels is in the best interest of the Company and in turn you as a Share Holder.
