Snug perhaps Novaks looking to deal out a portion or percentage of whats known to be in the ground in an effort to secure financing for the 09/10 drill season. Going forward this would work by and large for many a junior with assets in the ground looking to continue thier exploration programs, this could act as an inhibitor to any shareholder dilution. imho
