Re: the chopper costs, get the fuel hauled in on a temp winter ice road from Webequie to onsite strorage( fuel gets into Webequie and is stored there, do the same at camp, and looking longterm it would be cost effective to purchase outright a rotary wing aircraft capable of transporting the big rig and keep a pilot on payroll. these yearly chopper expenses add up enormously over time, there are northern contractors doing just this. One Chopper could effectively service several companies rigs. JMO
