I'm little confused about the Special Part, I brought this up on the Noront site a little while back and asked what was so Special about the Noront meeting, I was told that this was normal way of putting things

But, here on item #8 they state:.Business to be conducted at the meeting.............Annual & Special.

Both Freewest and Kwg state in their hand out Notices, NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS, nothing about SPECIAL.

I would think that Kwg should have been a Special Meeting with the buy in of CLIFFS.

So you can see why I'm a little confused...........RL
