Latest SPQ MD&A

Mr. Novak writes in the most recent SPQ MD&A (found on SEDAR - Apr. 13) on page 16 under "Overall Objective":

"The Company's business objective is to discover a viable mineral deposit, more specifically copper, chromite and zinc, on a property on which it holds an interest. The Company is in the process of exploring its mining interests and has not yet determined whether these properties contain an economc mineral deposit."

So I've got a number of questions, which I'm eventually going to pose to Mr. Novak directly:

"No mention is mentioned of nickel. Why not?"

"Why zinc? I'm not a geologist, but wasn't zinc found over on McFauld's East?"

"Where's the 43-101 coming out on the Freewest Option work?"

At PDAC in early March Neil mentioned the 43-101 was in first draft. Three weeks ago, still first draft. I guess I'll have to chat with Mac Watson to see whether he's see the first draft yet, because he and KWG are to review it.

In Section 11 (Administrative Expenses) of the MD&A, one of the items is Shareholder Relations - $83,319 . Must be the golf balls that were given away at PDAC.

So we've got some work to do folks. I'm not certain when the 2010 AGM is scheduled (probably early June), but we need some real strong representation with some tough questions. Oh, one further thing: unless I am misreading the MD&A,SPQ Directors get $39,000 per year. What are they doing for that money?

Think about it. You have an investment.
