As far as this 'calm' in buying and selling is concerned, I believe it is quite natural. The Financial Post used the term seller exhaustion in a recent article. I think this is probably true, and SPQ is an example of a junior venture stock in which everyone who wanted to sell at this level is gone. And at this time also, everyone is waiting for both macro and micro news i.e., has the world economy stabilized, and has the SPQ 43-101 been completed?

So very few people are going to buy and sell SPQ at this time until some material news is issued. In the meantime, all the chrome, nickel, and PGEs is/are still happily nestled under the snow. And Cliffs has bought in (on the periphery) and is still doing due diligence and snooping around.

Time to shine up the golf clubs, tune up the tennis racket, or play with the kids. The ROF is still on everybody's radar; and it's not going away. But it's now time to kick back for a long weekend (so to speak).
