The first draft of the MICON 43-101 for Spider Resources has been completed. Neil and his board of directors will review and provide necessary input. The 43-101 will then be sent to KWG who will also review. Finally, it will be sent to FWR.

After the JV partners are happy with their changes, it will be returned to MICON in order to create the second draft.

When everyone is happy with the document, there will be a news release. Neil said this will happen in two weeks or so. I would suggest a month to be safe. If I'm wrong, I'll be happy to say "I'm sorry".

The general "tenor" of conversation at the Spider Resources booth was positive. More when I get return to Victoria.
