In a previous post I mentioned two possible canidates for the ROF and a third, which was Xstrata.

I also mentioned that there are others that might come to bat also.

Doing a little digging a found that Xstrata and Merafe Resources (SA Chrome before) have become one of the largest producers of Ferrochrome in the world with their mines and smelters in Africa.

Also, Rio Tinto has just got some new life pumped into it with the deal with Chinalco. Rio Tinto is very familiar with mining in Canada and in cold climates with the Ekati Diamond open pit mine, and new China backers.

So now, I've mentioned Four...CVRD,BHP,RIO TINTO and Xstrata..
