hi everyone:

nice to see a healthy exchange.

...times change quickly in the world !!!!!! ...ALMOST OVERNIGHT

yes, Neil gave a plan which included his best guess at the future.

then along comes an opportunity he cannot logically refuse. (and this is the way it was coined to me by another respectful CEO in the ROF) ...especially when knowing who the major is and the benifits to spq going forward.

in combination with this opportunity: (financing at .06 cents which is 50% higher than current bid price, during the worst financial crises since the depression, allowing SPQ to confidently weather any recession for as long as it takes.)

their are other factors that came up to change prior plans of NN: such as the further discovery of strategic targets based on results and evidence which are endlessly being assessed and identified ...and the need to be confident that drilling can continue which assures continued interest and healthy sentiment during such bad economic times.

so Neil changes his mind!! ....AND WE MUST ALL CONGRADULATE HIM FOR IT.

...this is a strategic quality necessary in any good CEO

...IF YOU CANNOT CHANGE COURSE IN ACCORDANCE TO CURRENT EVENTS ...well simply put, this represents "pilot error" ...and the biggest reason of CEO failure.

LASTLY: for those investors who always have so much anxiety and frustration when a junior does a PP, (especially one as strategic as this one) then it is time for them to invest in "proctor and gamble" or other blue chips. ....get out of the junior market completely ...becuase without PP's .all juniors would go bankrupt. (and by the way, latley, some blue chips are selling "new" shares into the market in this present melt-down)

AND: their are some investors here, who do not want this PP and the REAL REASON may be self-serving: they have a plan of their own to trade SPQ at certain price levels: that the "major" must buy those shares on the open market would obviously assure this.

...this ofcourse gives opportunity to make a quick buck.

as CEO, NN should not be concerned about investors making a quick buck.

even if a major bought in, we still would have no cash ...and the share price would fall again.

"steady as she goes" is my motto and Neil's as well.

be patient and we all will come out smiling ...i promise :)))

looking forward to seeing some familiar faces at the PDAK.

...AND LETS GO OUT HAVE A "london porter" TOGETHER :))))) (at smokeless joes)

bye for now ....danny
