I have been a SPQ shareholder for several years and don't post often but read most comments. I have to agree with JD and Joe here but I can see why the rest are looking at this PP as opportunity. Things have been relatively boring for quite some time and now with this announcement there is EXCITEMENT once again.

As shareholders we need an explanation as to why this PP is necessary at this time when it has been indicated that it was not.

As shareholders we are but red snapper to these sharks.

Mr. Novak please commuicate your thoughts to the school of snapper and do it now.
