I can't figure out what is going on here. First of all the great news of more money.
As for shares out. What are a few more? There already is a huge amount out there.
If this play is bought in by a major through Nemis or anybody else, it doesn't matter. Haven't we all been waiting for this? A buy in at first. Nobody is giving anything away.
Why attack Neil? We don't know for sure what's going on yet. Already we've got yada yada throwing tantrums.
Think of this for a minute all SPQ share holders. Reverse splits generally wreak havoc on a share price rendering a company almost useless for some time. Some plays never recover.
Take MUG or now MGR. They did a reverse split out of necessity and they are tanking around 7 cents right now. Why? Because they are not in the ROF.
Take WSR which is in the ROF. They performed a reverse split and even in these bad times they are sitting at 41 cents. Were it not for economic conditions it is my opinion that WSR would be sideways at over a buck. Why? Because they are in the ROF and also becaause they have some great hits. In this case it is my humble opinion as well as that of better minds than mine that a reverse split would have worked here.
Think where the sp would be now had there been a reverse split. Probably where NOT's is.
I felt bad when the share holders fought the reverse split.
The Majors are moving in folks. These funds are to prepare the way. Now as it turns out with Neil at the helm, the money will come anyway and I agree that this pp will be forgotten and will mean nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Sure Neil is friends with Nemis but don't forget SPQ shares offices with NOT.
I was informed that Cliff is not the only Major attempting to find a way in to the ROF. A friend pm'd me and asked about the Majors and I said this:
Have you ever seen a dog fight? Not a dog fight between 2 dogs but a fight with a group of dogs fighting over a bitch in heat? Brutal. So sit back and enjoy the show. We will all make money and have fun watching the majors play position for the Chrome. its all about the chrome and always will. The PGMs are just the icing.
