Seeing as KWG is the FWR/SPQ/KWG JV Operator for the Claim Blocks within which the "Big Daddy" Cr Deposit is located during the 2009 Option Year and knowing they have raised the new Cliff Option Cash (soon to be Closed - just awaiting Cliff's DD and Exchange approval on their KWG Option) which will now allow them (KWG) to meet their Commitment with respect to the FWR/SPQ/KWG Option agreement in FULL, and seeing as SPQ has already exceeded their Cash Expendature Requirement and have NOW opted to raise much more Cash, I have to wonder who it is behind the scenes pushing for a much accelerated/increased Exploration Program in the coming months. And WHY???

Note that FWR raised additional Cash at Year End and have but only the 4 - 100% RoF Claim Blocks to primarily concentrate their efforts on over the next 2 - 6 months.

Something is making me feel as though NOT's BoD is falling down on the Job or there are cohesive forces at work to BOX IN the Dissident NOT Directors before they can KILL Noront Resources.

May be just a HOPE which I have, but WHO, knowing the REAL Value of each of these Properties in the RoF, would knowingly allow a few Small Time Sell Out's to steal outright such a viable Mineral Rich NEW Mining Camp IN THE MAKING?

It also seems to me (a very big HOPE) that the New BoD (thinking of the Dissident Directors primarily) at Noront Resources may well have more difficulty doing a rather WEAK Sell Out to their Owners or their Owners Buddies without full consent from the Minority NOT Share Holders. Though with the state of Proper Regulation these days, WHO KNOWS WHAT MAY BE ATTEMPTED.

Just another sad thought to finish: What could have occured had the A$$ MIS-MANAGEMENT bunch been more insightfull and attempted to portray more intelligence than their Quotient permits?
