I agree with you JD. Let's look at the new numbers.

New shares 78,500,000

Old Shares 316,211,767

New total shares 394,961,767

10% of the new total number 39,496,177

@ 6 cents = $2,369,770 AND no commissions either

SO for $2.4 million you can own 10% of SPQ... what a steal IMHO
