This 43-101 has been requested by Neil and the Spider Resources BOD. Although there have been numerous JVs in the ROF, I doubt whether this process will extend to 43-101s.

Although many, including myself, have conjectured that since the ROF chromite mineralization, which is very,very large, should herald a potential consolidation of NOT-FWR-SPQ, these companies have their own boards of directors, and their own shareholder base.

IMO, I think the pressure of economics will define future alliances.

In the meantime, Neil and the SPQ BOD have a strategy, which includes a PP requesting flow-through capitalization, a future international 43-101, and the preservation of capital. It's not the prettiest of pictures... until one looks at the land claims and what's under it.
