there is one discrepncy i not from our sumary: i was under the impression that this flow through money would be used only for exploration ...more drilling this winter ...and that our hard cash of 3.2 million will be used for stratigic purpases, such as dealing with big players and buildoing a 43-101.

lets get this clarified ...but other aspects are aligned.
