we left to let other "larger" shareholders in the room ...which was way to small ...why did they book such a small room.

at any event i picked up 80,000 shares under a dollar after the deadline to be able to vote them ...my previous shares did not come close to other holders so my daughter and i gave up our seats ...

at the door there were 2 cops fending off disgrunteled shareholders who could not get in.

now we are downstairs listening on our laptops @ starbucks.
