TO NEMIS, NOVAK and WATSON

and all shareholders of SPQ/KWG --- FWR --- NOT

we need to merge our ROF interests into one company ...now !

the following price structure is based only on the ROF:

THE NEW COMPANY NAME: "ROFCORE" (suggested name)

@ the following suggested valuations:

basing NOT @ 1.50

spq @ .10 FWR @ .10 KWG @ .6.5

as example

spq & fwr shareholders recieve 1 share of the new company "ROFCORE" for every 15 shares owned respectively

then SPQ & FWR & NOT would remain with their existing properties/assets other than those in the ROF ...held in their respective existing names.

example: SPQ would continue on with WAWA and other diamond interests ect.. ....while NOT and FWR continue to exist as companies running gold properties ect...

we need to do this for many reasons, the most important of which is the current climate of commodities going forward and the strength which will be necessary during furure times in development.
