I think there are many reasons

The main one is the markets are lousy but also many are cautious.

Many exploration companies are being hit real bad as money for financing may be difficult to come by.

I'm guessing such available money in this market wants more than results.

I think they want to know when will there be enough of a "find" to have a commercial ore body.

I wish that all the ROF players who have Chromite would get together and prove a mineable ore body.

Maybe that would help.

Drill results, even good results, don't seem to cut it these days.

People need to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and don't want to wait years of continuous exploration.

There must be a goal and they need to see the goal posts.
