Given the battering not only of the wider market but the James Bay Lowlands in particular it is my thinking that it will take some time for investor confidence to return. However, as always the least time you expect a rise - that is when it will happen. Given the dramatic price drops over the last couple of weeks in particular one hopes for a dramatic turn around.

It basically comes down to - you know you are at the bottom when everyone is of the view there is further to go down. Conversely you are at the top when everyone is convinced there is more up to go. Contrarian? Absolutely.

Right now I would love to see some serious movement up - we have come a long way since the hey days of October 07. October 08 - could it be better than 07? Who knows - if everyone is of the view it won't - then it will!
